Innovation has been at the forefront for Hunter Fan Company for more than 130 years. And we’re starting off the new decade in big ways! Here’s a peek at what’s new for Hunter in 2020.
You’ve trusted our quality and innovative ceiling fan designs for decades, and now we’re bringing that same quality and design expertise to our five new lighting collections.
Our design team created collections that coordinate with our ceiling fan collections and in a variety of styles – from flush mount to chandelier — to make it easy for you to choose fixtures for your home’s lighting and cooling needs as well as personal style.
Our new lighting collections feature premium finishes our designers curated like the seeded glass of the Hartland Collection, the distressed, real wood finish on the Devon Park rustic chandelier, and the premium Polished Nickel in the Astwood Collection.
The design team enjoyed creating our first lighting collection and is already working on new designs that will launch later!
Hunter is bringing a whole new level to outdoor ceiling fans in 2020. Outdoor ceiling fans traditionally come in two different types: damp-rated and wet-rated. Both can be exposed to moisture and humidity, but wet-rated ceiling fans can be exposed to direct rain.
However, in 2020 Hunter is introducing ultra-durable WeatherMax® outdoor ceiling fans. WeatherMax fans are corrosion resistant for use in all outdoor spaces including areas exposed directly to rain and salt air. We gave you a sneak peek during our West Palm Beach Huntervention…
Hunter’s exclusive SureSpeed Guarantee began from a request from you: A ceiling fan that delivers the powerful airflow you expect from a ceiling fan. In 2020, we’re introducing even more high-velocity ceiling fans like the Trimaran outdoor ceiling fan and Hartland ceiling fan collection.
Featuring precision blades, an optimized motor, and Hunter quality, SureSpeed ceiling fans produce 20% higher airflow velocity than leading competitors while remaining whisper quiet and wobble free.
John Hunter is taking over Hunter in 2020. Since he invented the first ceiling fan over 100 years ago, John Hunter is considered the ceiling fan expert, from design inspiration to the latest technology. He wants to help you create a more comfortable space with dependable, whisper-quiet fans.
When you see John Hunter on our website, in our videos, on our social media pages – pay attention. He’ll give you insight – in his own quirky way – into our testing methods, the latest innovations, design tips, and how we at Hunter make fans for life.
